Quaint characterful hotel with superfriendly and accommodating staff. Enjoyable morning meal in the basement. Stunning and favourable location in Saluzzo, close to a lovingly renovated monastery and the San Giovanni church. Also, in an ancient castle marvellous.

One simple answer, yes or no?
Everything was perfect! The location, the building curated and clean seemed like traveling back to antique Saluzzo. The access to the terrace was dreamy.
Finding the hotel was quite tricky due to the narrow, winding access roads. Parking was also limited, causing initial inconvenience.

The breakfast with local specialties was a good surprise, particularly the selection of premium meats.
I faced some difficulty finding parking since the hotel parking lot was full, requiring me to use a public area.

The kids loved exploring the beautiful garden, and I appreciated how check-in required all of us, including the little ones, to show our IDs. Our stay with my girlfriend felt special, surrounded by the serene charm of the resort.
My wife says that parking was a challenge.

We enjoyed the unique historical character of the hotel, set within a beautifully renovated monastery. The ambiance of the cloister dining area, complete with artistic decor, was good. We also appreciated the personalized tips from the friendly staff, which guided us to some fantastic local restaurants nearby.
We found the limited accessibility a bit concerning, especially when navigating the narrow stairways.

The room featured a lovely balcony with fine views. The bathroom cleanliness was a concern, as we found used toilet paper from previous guests, and service regarding this issue was lacking. The breakfast was really good, with an excellent selection, notably including premium meats. Unfortunately, parking was an issue, requiring us to park in a public area due to the hotel's limited space.
